Put the children to bed and take your glass of wine or cup of tea into the summer house and watch the sun go down over the hills in the distance. Or just watch the hens and wild rabbits running around in the field and woods behind you. You can feel yourself relaxing and calming down in the peaceful atmosphere of the summer house.

The Studio is a self-contained room with a separate entrance so you can come and go as you please.

​It enjoys a fully fitted kitchen, eating area, double bed, and en-suite shower room. You will be able to snuggle down on comfortable chairs in front of a wood burning stove.

To enable you to enjoy the ​wonderful views to the maximum the small garden has its own garden room.
​If you would prefer to have bed and breakfast you may join us in the main house for breakfast at a small extra charge

“We spent 4 nights at Diana's studio room and it was a perfect base to see the area. The studio was lovely and had everything we needed, comfortable bed, living space with a fireplace and good little kitchen. Diana also very kindly allowed us to use the washer and dryer. Diana was a lovely host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Boltby is a beautiful village and the countryside around it is picturesque. Would definitely recommend!”
